Eastern Palliative Care (EPC) is a not-for-profit value-based healthcare organisation delivering specialist palliative care to clients and their families in their own homes throughout Melbourne's Eastern Metropolitan Region.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (Div 1)

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
  • Passion for delivering holistic nursing care in a community setting
  • Palliative care experience in either inpatient or community settings

Palliative Support Clinician

  • Eligible for membership with AASW or PACFA (or equivalent professional body)
  • Passion for providing psychosocial and palliative support to individuals and families experiencing life-limiting illness
