About the Role
Part time - 4 days a week, hybrid arrangement
Are you an organised, proactive professional who thrives on keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced Personal Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and operational support to our Clinical Operations Manager.
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be the go-to person for coordinating meetings, managing calendars, preparing agendas and minutes, tracking actions, and ensuring the day-to-day administrative functions of the team run efficiently.
You'll also play an important role in supporting operational activities, including coordinating medical and PPE supplies, maintaining accurate records and databases, and assisting with organisational projects and committee administration.
No two days are the same! You will be working alongside Nurses and Allied Health professionals in a modern and open-plan office space.
You will be an integral part of a supportive and collaborative team committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of our clients and their families every day.

Essential Requirements
- Current National Police Check
- Current Working With Children Check
- Working rights in Australia
- Minimum 3 years experience in Personal Assistant roles
